2 cups Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 T. Vinegar
2 T. Olive oil
2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/8 tsp.cayenne
Mix together and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Use for Falafal or chopped veggies, or spread in a wrap.
*Traditional tzaziki contains diced cucumber, and dill and no cayenne.
